Not Receiving all my emails

I have both Incredimail and Outlook 2007. I have made outlook my default
email client. The problem I am having is that outlook is not receiving all my
email. They are both set up properly with the information for pop3 accounts.
Incredimail will pick all of them up but not outlook. I have made sure every
thing is set right. I am hoping someone can help me. I do not have them both
activated at the same time. I know I receive email a lot. When checking
outlook sometimes nothing. When check Incredimail there are some there from
the server. The incoming server is fine I am told.

If you don't have both clients configured to leave messages on the server,
the first one you run will download and delete the messages so they won't be
there to download when you run the second client.
