not receiving all incoming mail

I am not receiving some mail such as greeting cards. I can send them to
people, but when sent to me, they do not come to my inbox or junk mail or
anywhere that i see. Is something blocking this?

do you have a firewall it's possible it's being denied cuz in theory it
could be a trojan horse. i don't know why.

Thank you lucky starts for that. This is directly related to you Anti Virus,Anti Spam filtering set.

If you really want those to come in (which I think is a mistake) disable your email integration with your Security programs like AV, Anti Spam etc.

These (Greeting Card) emails contain some form of malware most of the time.If you know the sender then ask him\her before opening or do not open.

I do not see any thing on my email about anti virus, anti spam, filtering? i
looked in options, where would i look? can you help?
