I'm sorry, I was wrong, I mean Math "Round", no
Math "Random", ....

I hope you can help me, and my excuses....

I'm collecting kinds of rounding to use, I don't need
Implementation ideas, "No yet"...

Right. I would suggest:

Truncation towards 0 (0.6->0, -0.6 ->0, -0.4 -> 0)
Truncation down (0.6->0, -0.6 ->-1, -0.4 -> -1)
Round halves towards 0 (0.6->1, -0.6 ->-1, -0.4->0, 0.5->0, -0.5->0)
Round halves up (0.6->1, -0.6 ->-1, -0.4->0, 0.5->1, -0.5->0)
Round halves away from 0 (0.6->1, -0.6 ->-1, -0.4->0, 0.5->1, -0.5->-1)
Banker's round (round halves towards even)
