not networking

I has three computer at home. one is run win98, others
are winME and winXp. I can see all in win98, I only see
win98 and itself in winME, but I cannot find others in
WinXp computer. Why?
 
Do you have static IP addresses assigned or did you use
the Windows XP home networking wizard? Generally when
using the networking wizard from XP on all PC's they will
see each other. You have your C: drive shared on the XP
PC correct?
