Not needed in new message box...help!!!

BOB and DENNIS

I keep getting the following in the message box when trying to create a new
message. This happens every time even though the program has been
uninstalled. Any suggestions as to stop this from happening??
 
Disable any add-ins (tools, options, other...advanced, addins, com addins.)
