In Microsoft..... message supposed to be delivered onto board in 5 mins..
1 hr later still waiting... so whilst waiting for help am even more
dissapointed after realising other users have similar problems to me - they
received little or no help.
So am giving up - Thanx for nothing MS !!!! We buy their expensive products
to be part of this fast changing world of communication but unfortunatly I
neither have time nor inclination to understand or even learn the 'technical'
aspect of their products. Customer After Service -0 - So far........

Newsgroups are not chat rooms. It is unreasonable to expect a response
within minutes.

A lack of response over a couple of days, though, usually means:

-- No one knows the answer.

-- The answer is, "No you can't do that," and everyone is tired of giving
that answer.

-- The question is an FAQ, and everyone is tired of giving the answer.
(Unlikely, because most of the MVPs, at least, can answer an FAQ in just a
few seconds.)

-- No one understands your question. You can help by making sure you've
provided Outlook version and mail configuration details, exact text of any
error messages, and other detailed problem symptoms. You can always reply to
your own message to give more information or rephrase the questions.

-- Everyone is busy putting out fires or laying in the hammock. Please
remember that everyone who participates in these discussions does so on a
voluntary basis and have their own lives away from the newsgrouips.

While you're waiting, why not search the archives at
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=lang_en&safe=off&group=microsoft.public.outlook
to see if someone has already provided an answer to a similar question
earlier?
