Not include hidden columns in copy paste

I want to copy and paste a range that includes hidden columns. is there a
way to paste the data w/o including the hidden columns?

I want to email the pasted data and don't want to distribute the hidden
columns.

Select the range to copy
edit|goto|special|visible cells only
then try copy|paste
