Not aware of anything that has changed whatsoever. Actually, I don't even
use Outlook for e-mail, there has never been an e-mail account
established,
either during the initial installation (from CD) or since. All e-mail is
done
external to Outlook via AOL. The only thing that's going on periodically
is
updates from McAfee but I can't imagine that would be the source of the
problem. Everything else on the machine seems to be worked just as in the
past. Local and on-line Outlook help really doesn't seem to have anything
to
offer from what I've seen.

If you can just tell me what mail account type you are using I can
probably
figure out the rest. You really have no idea of anything that happened in
Outlook or any configuration changes (like software updates) you made
just
before this starting occurring?

Sorry, Russ, I am not familiar with the terminology "transport and
information store." Could you please elaborate? And, yes, Outlook was
working properly before and nothing, to my knowledge, was intentionally
done
to change that. I've since found that other functions (e.g.: schedule)
also
seem to not want to allow me to save anything. The contacts (and other
information) previously entered can still be accessed, however. Any
further
suggestions?

Assuming Outlook 2002 once worked, what steps were used to make it
stop
working?
The error message usually means you do not have a valid connection to
your
information store. What transport and information store are you using?

Outlook 2002 (10.6822.6825) SP3
When attempting to save a newly entered contact in Outlook, I get
the
error
message "Not Implemented." Can anyone provide an explanation, or
better, a
solution?
