not highlight fields

We have a data entry form.
One of our data entry staff said when she hit tab or
enter to move from one field to another, the field is not
hightlighted,she has to delete the default number, like
$0.00 then enter the new number.

But when I tried it on my computer, After hitting tab, it
highlights the field then I can directorly enter the new
number without need to delete the old.

What's wrong with this? How can I fix it?

Go to Tools|Options|Keyboard tab. Adjust the Behavior on Entering Field
option.
