Not getting messages sent to myself -MS Mail Vista home premium

1.I send a message to myself and it shows sent to
Don Guillett <[email protected]>
or another
dddd <[email protected]>
instead of just
(e-mail address removed)
Is this normal?? I can't seem to erase the extraneous and I am NOT getting
the message although it shows as sent in my sent folder.
 
The full email address and the name is now shown in the display in WinMail.

Check you junkmail folder on your system and also your ISP spam filters to
see if you are blocking the messages somewhere.

Thanks for responding. Getting fine now. Must have been an ISP glitch. I'm
trying to get used to vm
