Hi there;

I have a prolem and it is kinda serious one.

I have a wired and wireless network.
it is about 2 days that one of my win2k workstation which uses USB Wireless
NC can not get the ip address from my DHCP but others are getting it. I have
McAfee firewall uninstalled on that system but it is still doing the same
thing. funny part is that it can see the wireless router but it just can't
get the ip.

Please help!!!!

right click my computer and hit manage

go down to services

make sure the "dhcp client" services is in "started" and "automatic" state

Thank Smowk;

well on services it shows that DHCP Client is started and it is Automatic,
but one thing, on Event viewer there is a problem with DHCP and it says not
enought resources, this workstation has 256MB ram and 5GB free space

Try shutting down a few other services that aren't needed, or increasing
the size of your paging file
