Not getting eircom account e-mails

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks that i have been missing some
e-mails . When i send people e-mails who are with eircom as thet mail
provider, I cant recieve the e-mail back. I have asked the to resend the mail
directily but still no joy. Can anyone please help....
 
That only happens when the sender's provider is eircom?
Do these eircom senders get a non-delivery notification after they
email you? What about new emails they originate and send to you
(not a reply)?

Who is *your* mail provider? When you go to your provider's
webmail, are the missing messages there? Windows Mail can't
download what isn't on the server.
