Not finding what we are searching for . . .

When using the Look For: feature in Outlook XP to search contacts, we are
having a problem searching the entire contact. We have set the Option to
"Search All Text In Each Message", but this does not appear to function with
Contacts as one might expect. As an example, if we were looking for XYZ - it
would would return Contacts where XYZ was in the "narrative" section for the
contact. It would not, however, return a contact where XYZ was in the Job
Title. The particular user may have XYZ located in different parts of the
info for each contact, and would like to be able to search the entire card
for XYZ to return all Contacts. Even going through the Advanced Find, there
is nothing there that will allow you to search All Fields. Is this a
pipedream for us, or is there a way to accomplish what we are looking to do?
Thank you in advance.

Just wanted to add that in the interim, we have been using the frequently
used text fields to return the majority of the contacts. Some of the older
contacts though, are not being returned.
