"Not enough server storage is available to process this command"

I have connected a 200 GB Maxtor USB 2.0 hard drive to my
computer. I have tried to connect to this drive over the
network via the administrative share and am getting the
following message: "Not enough server storage is available
to process this command" What does this mean and how can I
get around it?
