Not enough resources to log on?

Mike

32 bit Vista Ultimate, 3GB of ram, plenty of free disk space.
Occasionaly when computer goes to sleep or logs off, I get a message
'not enough esources to log in'.
I can shutdown, restart & get on fine, but that's kind of a pain.
Any suggestions?

Yeah, been trying to convince them to upgrade to Win 7 for a while.
