not enough permission ;x

there are some .exe's which i tried to open but i get the messag
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may no
have the appropriate permissions to access the item".. i heard othe
people been getting the same message and im logged in as a
administrator.. i been posting it in different kind of forums abou
this but didnt get any replies about how to fix this problem.. anyon
plz help me out? :confused
