not enough memory: form control source to table lookup

I have added a lookup field to both table & corrsponding query. When I try to
link this lookup to my form via control source, I get error message. I am
trying to insert this look up list on two selections of same form.

Certainly not necessary, and often a bad idea. See

You can't "insert a lookup list" into a table - I don't even know what this
means! You can certainly use the form design Toolbox combo box wizard to
create a Combo Box control on a form bound to any field in the form's
recordsource.
