Not displaying some webpages

My copy of IE on my XP computer is not displaying webpages
properly. For example, www.andale.com only shows the top
logo and menu bar but nothing below. eBay searches are
missing some information in the left bar, MSKB is missing
the entire left pane, my ISP's webmail is unusable. Any
suggestions?

Checked MSKB and #825057 seems like it could be the
answer, although I don't remember ever activating
compression or do not save to disk (but crazier things
have happened) Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
get my hands on the hotfix? IE does not appear in the
contact support page and my copy of XP is OEM so they
don't even want to talk to me. My e-mail is
(e-mail address removed) if anyone is so kind as to e-mail it
to me.

Thanks!

Microsoft's Scripting download
Get the latest. Two download versions are available for Windows Script 5.6.
The first version requires Windows 2000, XP; the second version requires
Microsoft Windows 98, Millenium Edition (Me), or NT 4.0. Choose the download
appropriate for your operating system.
