not available from design task menu

Help please!

From my office, the "Apply Design Template" choices
are . . .
"Apply to Master"
"Apply to All"
"Apply to Selected Slides"
"Show Large Preview"

From a client's office, the choices are only . ..
"Apply to All"
"Show Large Preview"

Anyone run across this before and have a solution? Would
greatly appreciate it!!!

Are you both opening exactly the same presentation and selecting the same
slide and template? The menu varies depending on the combination of
conditions.

You're only going to see "apply to master" if you have multiple masters
in that presentation. Otherwise, the "apply to all" works basically like
"apply to master."
