not an easy question

This is not an easy question to ask. I have a new laptop, Dell, Windows
XP pro. I have a new Dell PC at home, Windows, XP Pro also.

When I'm traveling and stop at a parking lot and using my T Mobile
connection, I get on line.

Is there anyway for me to look at the hard drive and get information
from my PC at home?

Try remoe Desktop. Look in Help and Support for info.
