Maybe Microsoft should invest in training their
programmers!!!!

This is more likely an ID-TEN-T error than a MS error. I have that hotfix
installed with no problems.
 
Have you ever heard the old saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try
again" ? In Microsoft's case it's try, try, try and try again...... LOL
