I have an html eNewsletter (w/tables & pix) that I built/sent out from
Outlook Express '02. One recipient has Vista. It is showing as a straight
document, no columns/tables.

All info was there, it was just listed out. Any idea what's up? I'm a little
lost here. Thanks!

Tools>options>read>disable "read all in plain text".

I followed you to tools and options, but what do you mean by "Read"?

It is not you that needs to change the setting, it is the person on Vista
Windows Mail who is receiving it.

Read is the Read tab in the Options of WM.

Are you sure which program you are using? because Outlook Express '02. does
not exist!

You are probably using Outlook from the MS Office suite.

The person with Vista, trying to READ your html newsletter, probably has his
message READing settings set to display all messages in plain text (ie.
non-html). That person needs to change his READ seetings.

That's what I mean w/OE. It's from the XP package.

"Read is the Read tab in the Options of WM. "

I went to tools > opts .... didn't see anything "read".

Excuse me if I'm being a DA about this. My boss just got Vista (we still
have XP) and we're all still trying to figure it out.

I already have his settings on HTML. I didn't not find anything to disable
plain text. Am I missing something totally obvious?

Since they moved everything around I am a little lost. (So far, I strongly
dislike Vista and will not be getting it for my computers at home.) I feel
like it should be right there, yet I'm not seeing anything.

The Tools>option tabs have had little change made to the layout.

Not sure why you are not seeing the "read tab"?

Try this for now: Select your newsletter on the Vista PC>then use the
following key sequence>Alt, V, H.

can you see the table now?
