My co worker sends emails to me and she has made changes in red. Sometimes
I can view the changes in red, other times I can't. Is there a setting I
need to change or a different way of viewing the email.

Any ideas or suggestions. I was using Outlook 2003, now I am using Outlook
2007 and have the same issue.

Thanks.

what color do you see them in? what format is the message? (it needs to be
html or rtf)

The entire email I receive is in black type. She types things she wants to
change in red which I can't see. I have my format set for HTML. Does it
make a difference she is doing this on a MAC? Thanks.

It doesn't matter what format YOU have chosen, it's what she has sent that
matters. Open the message and click the Format menu. What format is
checked?

It may matter that it's from a Mac, but if the message is HTML it shouldn't.

She is not on a MAC and is sending in HTML. Is there a setting in Outlook
we should be looking at? Thanks.

Another new wrinkle, the person sending this to me is on a PC. But another
member of the team is on a MAC. If he forwards the email to me I can see
the corrections in red. Any ideas?

You're the one who said "Does it make a difference she is doing this on a
MAC?" This implies she's using a Mac. If she's not, why did you mention
it?

You didn't answer my question. On the receiving side, open the message and
click Format. What's checked?

The person insisted she sent it as HTML but I see now many of them were sent
as plain text. Guess I know what the problem is.

Thanks.
