Not able to send or receive with windows mail.

I have set up windows mail but are not able to send or recveive mail i have
this error msg come up was wondering if someone might have some ideas on how
i fix this prob.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'yahoo.com.au', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Look her for the correct server names?
