Not able to send email

I am trying to email pictures to a friend however I am not able to send the
attached pictures. I think I need to set up the account but not sure how to
do this, please need help.

My crystal ball is telling me that it just could be you are looking for
that option here: <Tools/Options/Send/E-Mail Settings/HTML Settings/
Include pictures when sending> (roughly translated from German).

Else, mikey is just right, more information would make it easier to help
you better. ;-)
