Hi - hope someone can help a computer dunce!

I used to be able to send out a hyperlink within an e-mail when someone has
requested information , but something has happened to stop it being sent now.

I get the following message:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Here is the information you
requested', Account: 'mail.virgin.net', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '554 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: Message was spam or
contained virus', Port: 7362, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error
Number: 0x800CCC6F

I have done full virus checks, even changed virus scan companies but that
doesn't seem to be the problem. Someone told me it might be a setting issue
within my e-mail programme

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be most grateful, and a step by step guide to
what to try would be really helpful

Have you contacted your ISP (Virgin?) for assistance? It looks like the
error message was generated by Virgin's SMTP server.
