I'm confused. WMM says that it can produce movie to DVD. Based on your discussion, does this mean that the DVD must created by using (burning) to a CDRW device and not a DVD-CDRW device? Just asking b/c I'm starting a project and don't want to waste DVDs. Those things cost too much... :-

Jim, is your burner a CD burner or a DVD burner. Movie Maker will not bur
to a DVD burner but it will burn to a CD burner. I am talking about th
machine, not the disc in it. I have both fitted to my system and nothing
do will convince Movie Maker to do the job with a cd in the DVD drive, th
message you get is along the lines of "Please Insert....
