Not able to save pic in other format but bmp

I am not able to save any pic file in other format but
bmp. I tried the knowledgebase and i deleted all of the
temp internet files and everything under the
options>advanced>view objects as I was taught. However,
I am still not able to save the pictures in other format.
How to fix this? Thanks

Try the following and see if it helps:

Also it has been reported that clearing cookies helps, but be sure to save
those you
need.
