Not able to open PowerPoint Presentation in 2003.

I am not able to open at PowerPoint Presentation in
PowerPoint 2003. I receive the following error message:
PowerPoint cannot translate the file. I am able to open
it in Office 2000. Thanks!!

I have no idea what is happening. But I also have 2003. If you are happy to
send it to me, I can have a look. Is it large or contain a lot of links/
movies/ sounds?
