Good Morning,

Probably a dumb question but on one of our PCs, the address bar has been
moved to the same line as the Standard Buttons row - just to the right. The
white rectangular area is not accessible. I've tried to move the Address
area down below but I cannot get it to move. Thus, the user is not able to
type in a URL. Any suggestions?

Hi Daweb :-)

Try the following and see if it helps. Also, do you have any 3rd party
toolbars installed, such as Google or Yahoo?

Also, check to see it the toolbars are Locked. If so, uncheck the Lock the
toolbars selection. Then see if you can move the toolbar. If not, then:

or...perhaps this one:

Type this command in the RUN box, and press Enter:

Rundll32 Iedkcs32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs

The Windows Update menu text and it's corresponding URL is reset to factory
defaults.

Hope this helps :-)

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
