I divided a 74 min storyboard using WMM into three 27 min segments. And i am
still not able to get WMM to save to my hardrive. I have tweaked the virtual
memory, temp files and all. I was lucky i guess once to have done the same
thing and it finally saved, and it took days to download. But this time it
will not do anything.

Splitting due to complexity is only one of the possible reasons that the
file will not save.
Another reason could be the types of files you are using. What extensions?
And yet another often overlooked possibility is that your harddrive is
formatted FAT32 instead of NTFS, right click the drive in "My Computer" and
select properties to see if it is FAT32 or NTFS. FAT32 formatted drives have
a 4GB maximum filesize limit and aren't very useful for video editing.

i am using NTSF. And i am using the same type of files as i did the first
time i saved!
