Sages-I have account with WebMD that I have to log into
to access. Recently when I log in and try to access area
within website such as CME(education area) I am not able
to click on individual items within this area. I have
discussed with WebMD's techsupport and they have had me
try using Netscape as browser instead of Internet
Explorer with same result so doesn't seem to be browser
problem. They are able to log in as me on their end and
navigate fine within the website. If I enter the
specific URL for the item I can go there entering it once
I have logged in. Any ideas why I am unable to click on
items as before?

Thank You,

Robert Arutunian

Hi Robert,

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll. Then go to:
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

Hyperlinks not opening:

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and then repeat the
process for regsvr32 shdocvw.dll.

Check your settings here:

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit.

Under Application used to perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
