I am experiencing a very strange issue with one user account. First
off, we are running XP pro, IE6. Each user has a reciept printer and
access to a network printer. When this particular user attempts to
print from the internet, when she toggles her printer (from page setup
window) the right margin keeps defaulting to 5.xx inches. She is not
able to change this margin. The only way I can get her to print
correctly is to have her change her default printer before opening up
IE to print a web page. This is very inconvenient since this is a
credit union and they do 80% of their printing to the receipt
printers. I have attempted to go into the registry
(HKCU>software>Microsoft>IE>pagesetup) and adjust the margins, but as
soon as she toggles the printer the margins revert back and you cannot
change them. Please advise if anyone has experienced this before.
