Hi,
I have a dial-up connection and my OS is Windows 2000
I was earlier using IE5 to connect to the Internet and it was working
(connecting using IE5 still works)
But, now I have started using IE6 and I am not able to browse.
I have verified that I am connected to the net.
I can ping my ISP gateway, the ISP DNS servers as well as any other
external sites.
I can even ping www.google.com and I get an answer.
But, I am not able to browse using IE6.
My TCP/IP settings are such that DNS and IP addresses have to be
obtained automatically ie from the ISP.
Can anyone help me to find the source of the problem.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Abhishek
