I have cleaned my computer with Adware and Spybot and I have also updated my
Norton virus scan and found no new viruses, however, my computer still acts
funny. It will not allow my to access the Microsoft website - I get sent to
a search engine, and I am not to complete downloads. Can you please help me
to fix this problem.

Thank you.

I have found that sometime spybot and ad-aware don't get rid of browser
hijacks. Do a google search for "HiJack this" and see what turns up. it's
a program that helps you determine what has hijacked your browser.

Good luck,
Nick

Try and change the hosts.file name to hosts.old in
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\

try start>>run>>www.microsoft.com

and in internet properties in the advanced tab uncheck enable third party
browser extensions(requires restart)
