Not able to access C drive folders from windows service

Hi All,
I am trying to get an instance of a folder in c drive from windows
service. I am able to get the folder instance from D drive but not from C
drive.
Do i need to set any permissions using dotnet configuration tool?

Try configuring your service to log on as a user with authorization to the
folder in question.
