Not able to access a particular webpage

I tried to open the site ttsvisas.com which i access
atleast 6 times a day. Suddenly today i was not able t
access the site instead an error site called internet
optimizer popped up.I went to Add Remove programs and
removed all internet optimizer programs which had
accidently got installed. After that i tried again but
the problem prevailed in a different manner. This time
the error msg "The page cannot be displayed" appeared
with the site address http:///? ttsvisas.com in the
address bar. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me
with the right solution for this.Waiting for a reply.
