Not a Virus

It's not a virus issue. We run Symantec Corporate Anti-
virus 8.01 on all our servers with real time protection. I
update the defintions daily and every unit in our Domain
is scanned every night. This issue only showed up after
running Windows Service pack 4.
 
What is your issue? The relevant data is missing from your post.
