Arron, this would simply mean that “.dd†is not a valid format for your operating system to read, I would use something such as (WS_FTP) to rename the file until it opens. You can also check the properties after it’s renamed, to see exactly what type of image it is. Somehow it obviously got renamed, or somehow sent to your system. It’s also possible, you may of downloaded this file, and it was in a incorrect format then. Please take the above possibilities into consideration on fixing the issue.
