I tried to save an email to a CD. (I have copies of emails saved on the server.) I saved the copy to disc, but could not open the file on the CD. I received the message: "Not a valid web archive". What has happened and how can I work around this? Thanks.

Sorry, no idea ... however, I always print off any email I need to keep.
