Norton Troubleshooting

Anyone know of any websites/newsgroups that provide troubleshooting support
for Norton Anti-Virus products other than the Symantec website?

Norton IS Symantec. If there's nothing there you might try posting here.
There's some pretty smart people here. If they can get over the fact it's
not an XP question somebody just might know the answer.
