Norton Personal Firewall Install Problem

Can anybody help me out on this one? I'm trying to
install Norton Personal Firewall on Wondows 2000 Pro. The
problem is, Norton can't find installed TCP/IP Protocols
on my PC when trying to install. Since I'm on the
Internet right now, this seems to be slightly ilogical. I
can see the Protocol ijnstalled when I check my connection
settings. I'm using a cable modem, 512k broadnabnd
connection. PLEASE HELP ME! My computer is constantly at
risk until I can get this installed.

Try a differnet firewall [one that is free, for example, instead of paying
unnecessarily for Norton] or contact Norton tech support at www.symantec.com
/ www.sarc.com Since Microsoft doesnt' make Norton, they're not the best
place to look for help.
