Norton LiveUpdate / need registry write privileges

How do I get write privileges? The computer I am using is
one that belonged to a network. I am signed on as the
administrator, yet I get this error. How can I correct
this in the registry??? Thanks
 
Find the reg key they need permissions for and use regedt32 to set the
permissions
