Norton Internet Security Problem

Hello, I am using Norton Internet Security 2003. I am
having a problem with using the Visual Tracking. Whenever
I try to track them, The Visual Tracking page that pops
up with Internet Explorer closes. Why is it doing this???
Please help!

Don't know the answer as I don't use this product. You could visit
www.symantec.com and look up "visual tracking" in their knowledge base.
