I had to uninstall the above software which I borrowed to test it .
I liked it so I purchased my own copy , however now I cannot installed it .
Every time I try I get massage that my serial # is wrong. Is it possible
the previous serial number is somewhere in the Windows registry. If so how
to clean it ?
HD directory does not have any Symantec folders/files left.
I sent e-mail for support to Symantec two days ago , but except automated
receipt I did not get any answer as of yet.

Search Symantec.com for symNRT and two other symantec removal tools. One is
a reg patch which removes all registry keys.
