Norton Internet Security 2003/2004

Hi all,
I have a copy of NIS 2004 that I want to sell on ebay.
How many times can NIS 2004 be activated using the CD key?? Does the Norton
servers count the amount of fresh installs and limit them?.... Also.. if a
person were to install this software on their PC, will it still have a 1
year virus definition licence - eventhough I have fresh installed it about 3
times (will this question apply to NIS 2003 aswell as this I am also
selling)?
Note: This software is not currently installed on any other PC's.

This is what Symantec says (it might be different in your EULA so read
