Norton Installation has stalled my PC

I loaded Norton Corporate from a disk that IT gave me from
work. Now, my PC is taking about 20 minutes to boot up,
and EVERY application take forever to load if it loads at
all. Before I installed Norton, things like Control Panel
and My Computer looked like a regular window, now they
look like browers and are trying to find my Yahoo! toolbar
that I use on the Internet. I do not have DSL, T1, or
Roadrunner, if that helps.

I will appreciate any help anyone may have. Thanks!
 
I would let IT know and ask them what to do. Probably one of the first things to try
is to uninstall Norton application to see if the problem resolves itself. Always
close all applications and programs associated with icons in the lower right hand
corner before installing an application. Looking in Event Viewer can also be helpful
in troubleshooting problems. -- Steve
