Norton Firewall solution... finally

And it has solved the problem. I turned off the Privacy control and
turned
back on the Firewall and all is well.

WOW Cool!!!!

My pop3 account has been playing up recently - never used to do it though -
been using Internet Security for ages?

My problem is solved now!!!
