Norton Email scannin progress window

I've just gotten a new computer running XP Pro. I have installed Norton's
Firewall and Anti-Virus and I use Outlook Express.
On my old Win98se system when I sent an email the Norton Email Scan window
would appear in the lower right of the screen ON TOP of the open Outlook
Express. Now, however, on the new system the progress window appears UNDER
the Express window making it difficult to see the progress. How can I make
the Norton window appear ON TOP of the Express window?

Disable email scanning completely. It affords no added protection and
may corrupt your OE, with a loss of all mail. Any AV worth it's salt
will kick in if you try to open anything suspicious.
