I am trying to download Norton to my pc. A error message
comes up "Error 1606 Could Not Access Network
Location<Common Administrative Tools>Allusers\......I
went on Microsoft.com and found a solution. The only
thing now is that the Registry Entry in which I was
supposed to highlight was not in the Registry Editor. Now
what am I supposed to do. I am sick of the pop ups. HELP

Anti-virus programs do nothing about popups.

Get a firewall and run a adware program here is a list.

they have bad java script codes & causes ya system to mess up, slow down or
mess with cd roms. Use AVG Pro 7.0 or McAfee is the best 2 i seen not mess
with anything. The problem is that new activation feature was a big mistake
they sis on their part.
